Arriving at an unfamiliar airport at three in the morning is where trips go wrong. The taxi rank negotiates, the price doubles. A booked transfer removes the whole scene: the fare is fixed in the chat before you board, and the driver is already there when you land.
Almaty International sits about fifteen kilometres from the centre — roughly half an hour in normal traffic, longer at rush hour. We plan for it.

What if my flight is delayed?
We track the arrival time and adjust. Waiting caused by a delayed flight is not charged extra.
Where does the driver wait?
In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. If you prefer a kerbside pickup, tell us in advance.
Can you take a large group?
Yes. A Mercedes Sprinter carries a group with luggage in one vehicle; for larger parties we send two.
How much is the transfer?
It depends on the destination and the vehicle size, so we confirm the exact fare in the chat before your trip. It does not change afterwards.
Do you also drive to the airport?
Yes, departures work the same way. We suggest a pickup time based on your flight and traffic.
