Do your drivers speak English?
Yes. Tell us in advance and we assign a driver who is comfortable in English. Russian and Kazakh are standard.
What is the minimum booking?
Two hours. Beyond about four hours a full-day rate usually works out cheaper.
How much does it cost per hour?
It depends on the vehicle class and the route, so we quote per trip rather than publishing an average. Send your dates and we reply with a firm figure — the quote is free.
Is fuel included?
City driving includes fuel and the driver’s time. Long intercity routes are quoted separately, with fuel built into the estimate.
How do I pay?
Cash, bank transfer, or by invoice for companies.
