Who processes your data

What we collect
Through the forms on this site: your name, phone number, optionally an email, plus the text of your message, the number of travellers, preferred dates and the destinations you ticked. Only the phone number is required — without it we cannot reply.
Automatically when a form is submitted: the address of the page the request came from, the referring source and campaign tags, the IP address and browser details. We use this to see which pages work and to tell real requests apart from automated spam.
Why we need it
To answer your request, agree the route and the price, arrange the trip and stay reachable during it. Separately — to understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the need to perform the agreement with you. We do not run marketing mailings.
Who else sees it
Inside the company — the person handling your trip and the driver on the route (name and phone, so they can meet you). New-request notifications reach us through Telegram, so the contents of a request pass through Telegram servers. We do not sell or pass data to third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for up to three years — we need them to look up the history of your trip if you come back. IP address and browser details are deleted automatically after one year.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have inaccuracies corrected, withdraw your consent and request deletion. Write to hello@baqtaqtravel.com and we reply within a working week. Withdrawing consent does not affect services already provided.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Technical files are used only to make the pages work and to remember your language.

If anything changes, we update the text on this page. The date of the last change is shown below.
